Dear Charmaine and Peter

Thank you both very much for looking after our labrador. She has found her new second home! We know that we can rest easy knowing that she is in your expert, safe and friendly hands. It’s not only the duty of care you both display – it’s also great that you both have so much experience with dogs, which was obvious not only when we met you a while ago but also from the first moment we arrived at Petcharm Lodge.

We also really want to thank you for the advice and training we all had when we first got our puppy, Charmaine. Anticipating and preventing problems early on has made having a new puppy in our home much easier than it could have been. We can see that you add to this positive behaviour training while she is staying with you – thanks.

Your new facilities are fantastic – practical and beautiful! We wish you and the ‘Lodge’ all the best for the future and we’ll certainly see you again when we have to go away and leave our beloved pup. Thank you again!

Hi Pete and Charmaine

Wow – we love your new canine kingdom! Talk about being in the dog house – I’d like to stay there some time. Seriously, what you have built is just wonderful – very homely. You have thought of everything, not only for the dogs but also to help us owners feel comfortable too.

Thanks for boarding our pooch while we were away. You can tell you guys have loads of knowledge and understanding about dogs. I didn’t realise that Pete was a dog trainer for the police. I wish I had his patience. And you, Charmaine, are so clever yet gentle with our dog. We’ll be calling you again when we next go on hols. Many thanks.
